My passion for physical activity and movement began very early in my life, and has since expanded into: over a decade of professional athletic careers in the performing arts industry (professional waterskier + professional aerialist), coaching, and an endless journey of continued education in the field of health and wellness.
The freedom that has developed from being able to move well, and feel strong is priceless. It is a privilege to help other women reignite confidence and strength within themselves.
