Thriving Through Menopause: A Holistic Approach to Women's Health

I had an awesome opportunity to write a feature article in a local to Nashville magazine that highlights some key factors and habits of being able to "thrive through menopause".


It's so important to be proactive with our health (internally and externally) in ways that go much deeper than "quick fixes" like aesthetic treatments and or hormone replacement therapy. The simple practices are what solidify our longevity.

As with many things, these points and references just begin to scratch the surface, and while educating ourselves is a great start, it doesn't take the place of putting in the work of YOUR best version of yourself (no matter your age).
